If there is a technical or quality issue, we can attempt to reprocess the order to your satisfaction. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds.  Please visit your Sam’s Club Photo Center with your order and ask a Photo associate for help returning the entire order (original media and DVDs) for Redo Evaluation.

Clearly note the issues that you would like us to address so that the associate can fill out and provide a copy of the green reprocessing form.
